Being on this very earth answer should be NO. In our country after independence government had focused on educational inclusion which was represented by literacy rate. And having  literacy rate more than 60%, at least , it saved us from embarrassment. But what about the qualities and skills that has to be provided by education system ? Anticipating ourselves as developed country we need drastic and innovative changes in education system which will focus on upgrading students in his or her realm of study.            Today we have standardised school board and syllabus but we don't have standardised teaching. From medieval India to this date, India has suffered from communal violence due to political unrest or political policies.
